We are looking for a motivated person to join our team as Store Manager five days a week.

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • Retail management experience
  • Strong customers service skills
  • Good brand knowledge (international/local)
  • Garment and fabric knowledge
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment
  • An understanding of our values, process and service

Role

As Store Manager you are responsible for the overall operation of the store.

You will be required to complete all manager duties and ensure compliance of policies and procedures is met throughout your team.

Store Manager duties include:

  • Reporting & KPIs
  • Banking and email correspondence
  • Staff training and development
  • Leading by example through exceptional customer service
  • Visual Merchandising
  • Quality Control
  • Inventory Management/Consignments
  • Rostering
  • General store maintenance and operations
  • POS/Cash handling processes
  • Retaining detailed knowledge of company policies and procedures
