We are now advertising for the position of Team Leader at Georgina Martina Refuges, 9-day per fortnight position, as there are some on-call hours required.

GMI are seeking a dynamic, flexible leader, who has experience in managing staff through change, and the consolidation of that change. 

GMI are moving from a Communal model to newly developed Core and Cluster model, within the next 6 months. We will be experiencing considerable growth in client and staff capacity, staged over a couple of months. We require an enthusiastic person who has the ability to mentor, support, develop and train staff to prepare them for the challenges and changes ahead.
