The successful candidate will preferably be a graduate in architecture, chemistry, toxicology, or other related field.

Must have fluent spoken and written English and be experienced in report writing with a working knowledge of organic chemistry.

You will be working in a world recognised and unique process that assesses and certifies the health, ecotoxicity, and ethical supply chains of products in the built environment, personal & cleaning products sectors, with exposure to life cycle analysis processes (LCA) and preparation of Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) and Product Health Declarations (PHDs).

You will be trained in assessing the toxicological impacts of chemicals in products on people in all stages of products' life and the application of the Global GreenTag Standards to product certification and green building rating schemes such as Green Star, WELL and LEED amongst others.

Working with GreenTag you will be in the vanguard of people globally working in these exploding fields and developing transportable skills in leading edge product assessment and reporting.

Working in a tight knit team with some of the world's leading experts in the field, this is not a job for the feint hearted, you need excellent people and telephone skills, be able the manage multiple projects, be very diligent and highly organised, being a self starter, with strong logical thinking and an ability to follow complex (but fully documented) processes is essential.

GreenTag creates quantified and usable metrics (including carbon and net-positive) and ratings for consumers and professionals wanting to reduce the global and human impacts of their purchases and projects. Training in our systems is provided on the job and after initial training (can be online).

This is a work-from-home position, with some Brisbane based 1 on 1 training required.

We do offer some flexibility in working hours subject to agreement.

NOTE: This is a minimum 2 year appointment…don't apply if you are interested in short term only as training can take up to 12 months depending on existing skills. We are looking for another long term team member. A three month probation period applies.
