The RGA Board is made up of nine (9) volunteer Directors, including a Chair and Deputy Chair, who provide governance and oversight for the organisation. The Treasurer is a pivotal Board role, overseeing the financial administration of RGA, advising the Board on Financial Strategy, supported by the Risk and Finance Committee.
All Directors hold office for an initial term of two years. Management of RGA operations and implementation of our strategic plan is led by our CEO, who will be in attendance for Board meetings.
