  • FTE: This position will be full time (5 days) and is located at Gidget House in North Sydney, with flexible working arrangements available
  • Contract: This role will initially be contracted for a one-year period, with the option to extend as required and feasible
  • Remuneration: The annual gross salary for this position is $60,000 plus superannuation

About Us:

Gidget Foundation Australia (GFA) is a not-for-profit organisation that exists to support the emotional wellbeing of expectant and new parents to ensure they receive timely, appropriate and specialist care.

GFA provide a range of clinical treatment programs which include individual psychological consultations via face to face or telehealth, group treatment and early intervention screening.

Primary Responsibilities:

The GFA Administration & Marketing Executive role is required to primarily support the CEO as well as both the GFA Digital Manager and Organisational Development Manager. You will be required to coordinate and implement a range of administrative and fundraising functions to support the delivery of Gidget Foundation Australia’s organisational operations.

The primary functions of the Administration & Marketing Executive will be:

  • Support the team, including CEO, as required with email management, letter writing and general correspondence and preparing written documents such as proposals, presentations, meeting minutes and emails.
  • Providing administrative support for GFA operations, including monitoring and ordering office and general supplies; postal requirements, printing needs etc.
  • Research relevant grant funding opportunities and review notifications
  • Provide support to the event team as required, with events including Gidget Ladies’ Lunch, Melbourne Cup Lunch, Boardroom Lunches & Women’s Health Week Launch
  • Support the implementation of fundraising events such as the Bun in the Oven initiative and Have a Yarn for Gidget campaigns, as required.
  • Manage donor communication
  • Create and maintain accurate CRM records in Salesforce & provide ongoing admin support of the CRM
  • Some knowledge of Salesforce is a requirement of the role.
