Under the direction of the CEO, the Project and Facilities Manager is responsible for the management and coordination of projects, properties, and facilities of Girl Guides Tasmania that directly contribute to the achievement of Girl Guides Tasmania’s mission, purpose, and strategic goals. The position is also responsible for leading and managing advocacy and policy positions to support Girl Guiding in Tasmania. The role is critical in the development of programs through the provision of authoritative advice and support to the CEO on resource and project management.

The role requires someone who is flexible and adaptive to the changing pace of the organisation and is highly motivated, with strong values fit.
