About the position

The Integrated Practice Leader is a practice leadership position in each Support and Safety Hub (The Orange Door).

Auspiced by Grampians Community Health within The Orange Door network, the Integrated Practice Leader will work in collaboration with the Hub Manager, other practice leaders and team leaders to lead the delivery of high quality, safe and effective service responses to Victorians seeking support and services through The Orange Door.

The Integrated Practice Leader will be responsible for driving integrated practice across The Orange Door and providing practice leadership and expert advice to The Orange Door workforce on complex cases requiring an integrated or multi-disciplinary approach. The role will build the capability of The Orange Door workforce to deliver integrated functions and services responding to family violence, child and family vulnerability and functioning, and perpetrator interventions, in line with The Orange Door Service Model and Integrated Practice Framework.

Salary Packaging:

Grampians Community Health has generous salary packaging benefits up to $15,900 for personal expenses and meal and entertainment expenses in addition to salary and access to ATO Remote Housing Allowance (for eligible place of residence). Salary packaging is an Australian Taxation Office approved means of restructuring your salary to reduce your taxation.

Grampians Community Health is progressive with offering the capacity for many of our staff to work remotely from their homes where the service delivery allows for it. Access to information technology is provided to allow you the flexibility of working from home while remaining connected to Grampians Community Health staff, supervision and management.

Grampians Community Health values our employees by supporting professional development to develop the knowledge and skills of our staff to better meet the needs of our clients. Clinical supervision is provided for all staff who require it for their professional practice.

Purchased Leave:

Eligible staff may purchase up to 20 days additional leave in a financial year.
