About the program

The Home Based Withdrawal Service is a non-residential holistic treatment program utilising outreach services and includes support for client’s pre and post access to metropolitan based residential detoxification from alcohol, prescription or illicit drugs.

About the role

The Home Based Withdrawal Case Manager works in collaboration with the Home Based Withdrawal Nurse using a holistic case management approach to deliver the program and provides coordinated community based clinical support services, as part of the withdrawal team for people wishing to withdraw from drug dependency.
