Situated in the heart of the picturesque Grampians and Wimmera regions, Grampians Community Health employs over 200 staff at three sites located at Stawell (main office), Horsham and Ararat.

Grampians Community Health offers a diverse range of employment opportunities and is seeking qualified and experienced professionals looking for a rewarding career, who are passionate about their work and committed to improving the lives of members of the community.
The Facilitator Men’s Behaviour Change Program (MBCP) provides clinical assessment, counselling, group work and therapeutic support to perpetrators of family violence participating in the Grampians Community Health, Men’s behaviour Change program.
Covering the Central Grampians and Wimmera area the position provides responses to perpetrators of family violence with the aim of reducing violence and enhancing the safety of victim survivors experiencing or recovering from family violence. This is achieved through the provision of timely and appropriate services directed at perpetrators attempting to address their violent behaviour.
Men’s Behaviour Change Programs aim to promote the safety of victim survivors by holding perpetrators accountable for their use of violence towards family members and by changing their attitudes and behaviour. Services for men include case management, individual intake assessments, individual counselling, family safety contact and Men’s Behaviour Change group work provided at designated times at our offices in Stawell, Horsham and Ararat.
The Men’s referral service provides an anonymous and confidential telephone counselling, information and referral service for men who are violent and or abusive towards family members.
Enhanced intake provides an entry point for active referrals (i.e. not self-referrals) from a range of sources (including police) as well as referrals via other pathways, for example court outreach. Intake services actively attempt to engage men who perpetrate violence.
Grampians Community Health recognises the importance of providing support for staff members experiencing personal or work related issues and concerns to maintain a safe and healthy working environment. Support is provided through the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), which offers free confidential, professional assistance to staff members.
