Recruitment & Induction Administrator - Geelong

Are you an experienced human resources professional looking to join our growing team at Gateways?

You will enjoy a multi-faceted position facilitating the shortlisting process, be part of the selection panel and ensure mandatory pre-employment requirements are met for candidates. You will also coordinate the induction process, including delivering some content and provide HR administration support to on-board new staff.

You will work collaboratively with managers and program staff throughout the recruitment and induction process.

This is a full time, ongoing position.

We’re looking for someone with a go-getter and can do attitude to join the People, Culture & Resources team at our North Geelong head office.

Experience in recruitment and HR administration is essential.
