Established in 2006 headspace is the National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing clinical and early intervention services specifically targeting youth mental health. Services are offered online and through headspace Centres. Services offered at headspace Centres are available to young people aged 12 - 25, and their families.

headspace Albury/ Wodonga commenced operations in late 2014, based at Gateway Health in Wodonga. The headspace team consists of a range of staff that are either: employed through headspace funding; existing employees of Gateway Health; staff from partner agencies; or private providers.

We are a progressive team of positive forward thinkers seeking a like-minded professional to be our - Stepped Care Coordinator - who works with young people and their families to facilitate the care requirements for positive mental health for the youth in our community.

About you:

• Understand fully the Stepped Care Model approach and how to incorporate the model into your work with young people
• Tertiary Qualified in a relevant discipline: Occupational Therapy, Psychology/Provisional Psychologist, or Social Work
• Minimum 4 Years experience in youth mental health and or community work in mental health or counselling
• Highly developed skills in report writing, record keeping, client data management
