The purpose of this role is to deliver the successful implementation of four inter-related initiatives aimed at strengthening the family safety programs of Gateway Health:

• Embedding the Multi-Agency Risk Assessment and Management (MARAM) Framework
• Establishment of The Orange Door Ovens Murray (TOD-OM)
• Developing an early intervention practice model to prevent family violence
• Promoting culturally responsive conversations about respectful relationships

The role:

• New Position
• Fixed Term (12 months)
• Based in Wodonga or Wangaratta
• Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Community Development, Behavioural Sciences, Public Health or related fields, leadership and management, Business Administration or Human Resources.
