The purpose of this role is to provide high-quality administrative and information management support to the Program Managers and designated team members in the Counselling and Support Program and the Families, Communities and Culture Program.

This role includes organising of agenda's, minutes of meetings, establish and maintain various databases, assisting with preparation of reports, assisting Program Managers with researching, preparation and submission for funding and other proposals. These and other administrative tasks to support Program Managers and designated team members.

We are seeking a minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience in administration support, records and information management.
