About this role

This Senior Designer role is pivotal in the Future Super creative team, leading the design and visual identity of the business. We are in the process of building our visual identity, and this would be a core facet of your role. You will push our visual expression forwards with creative ideas, design and craft, and strategic thinking.

The Senior Designer reports into the Head of Creative, which sits within the Marketing team.

We’re looking for someone who

  • Brings brand strategy to life as brand expression
  • Can brainstorm initial ideas and carry them through to concept development - ultimately taking the expression through to a system based on principles, and final implementation
  • Is experienced at giving and taking feedback in creative ideation, design, and strategy
  • Is on top of what is going on in the world - design / art / fashion / creativity and culture and bring that information and inspiration into the creative team every day
  • Collaborates with copywriters, strategists, and freelancers to bring campaigns and assets to life
  • Has a point of view on brands and the impact they can have on the world
  • Is comfortable engaging with strategy and generating new ideas from a strategy

Skills and requirements

  • 4-6 years' design experience
  • Knowledgeable about brands and how they exist
  • A willingness to experiment, try new tools, formats, and experiences
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign - motion, video editing are a big plus
