The HR Coordinator role reports into the Chief Operating Officer.

The salary is $60,000 - $64,000 + 10.5% super for a full-time position.

What you'll be doing:

  • End-to-end recruitment and onboarding
  • Maintaining employee records, generating of contracts and other HR paperwork as needed
  • Overseeing our performance review process
  • Administering and reporting on engagement surveys
  • Acting as first point of contact for leave and pay-related queries
  • Leave reconciliation and fortnightly payroll process
  • Providing support for training and development within the business
  • Maintaining all employment-related policies
  • Ensuring Workplace Health and Safety considerations and compliance needs are met
  • Other project-related work as required
