An opportunity is available as a volunteer to assist a professional and enthusiastic team to enhance the quality of life for aged and disabled customers.

FBM is a social enterprise of Fusion Australia Ltd – a Christian youth and community organisation. So we inject surplus funds from our commercial home renovations into our youth at-risk mentoring program.
As a Customer Service and Administrative Support volunteer you will be a vital part of making our home modifications and maintenance services simple and supportive for our customers. You will assist our busy Admin Team in all tasks including answering calls, dealing with suppliers, providing support for intake processes and administration tasks as requested on a daily basis. You will also be providing a high level of customer service to new and existing customers, reception duties and record-keeping.
The role will effectively build on your existing customer-service skills and provide you with a broad orientation to the Aged Care and Disability sector. This is an exciting opportunity to understand a growth industry, providing you with both general and local knowledge of the My Aged Care and NDIS systems.
The professional nature of the role will require a 12-month commitment, with a three-month probation period.
