Ravenhall Correctional Centre is a medium security men’s prison which opened in late 2017 in Ravenhall, Victoria.
Ravenhall will redefine the role of the modern prison. Its unique design and service model provides an unprecedented emphasis on offender rehabilitation and reintegration. If you are motivated to work therapeutically to create successful outcomes for prisoners, Ravenhall is the place for you. Ravenhall delivers Offending Behaviour treatment programs to General Offenders and Violent Offenders with more than 3 months remaining on their sentence, and delivers AOD and wellness programs to all men (sentenced and remand) at the centre who meet eligibility criteria for these programs.

Ravenhall is recruiting for a Senior Clinician to provide clinical leadership and supervision within the largest multidisciplinary clinical team within a correctional centre in Victoria.
The Senior Clinician will have an opportunity to supervise, coach and mentor clinical staff at Ravenhall to assist them to provide ethical and responsive interventions that make a real difference in the lives of prisoners and their families. Senior Clinicians will supervise a team of clinicians undertaking diverse evidence-based clinical work. This includes the completion of forensic risk assessments, and delivery of a suite of over 25 treatment programs, including remand programs, general offending programs, violent offending programs, AOD programs, and complementary programs. The Senior Clinician will also maintain a small case load of complex clients and will provide clinical leadership and expert advice on issues related to Continuum of Care and offender rehabilitation and reintegration across the Centre.
