About Future Tracks

Future Tracks is a social enterprise focused on bringing more people into Early Childhood Teaching and supporting them through their degrees. The support we provide includes connecting students with early childhood teaching mentors, providing job-readiness and leadership training and matching students with part-time jobs in early learning services.

The Role

The Future Tracks Program Coordinator is responsible for providing support to ensure the effective delivery of Future Tracks programs including mentoring, leadership training and work placement.

This collaborative role works closely with the wider team including the communications team and Future Tracks CEO. It is responsible for coordinating tasks with a wide range of external stakeholders such as students, universities, early learning providers and campaign and event consultants.

This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to learn and grow with the organisation. You will be supported by a vibrant team while given autonomy to coordinate tasks.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing program and administrative support for Future Tracks programs
  • Coordination of mentoring and leadership programs
  • Organising and managing events for Future Tracks
  • Operational and program management support to enhance the delivery of Future Tracks

Skills Required

You will have a passion for making an impact and working in a fast paced team to improve outcomes. You will have tertiary qualifications, be working in a similar role and be ready for your next step. Your experience will include:

  • An ability to be inquisitive, act creatively and work collaboratively
  • Exceptional organisation skills
  • Ability to build relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders (internal and external)
  • Working in a small, fast paced team with a commitment to impact
  • Demonstrable strong digital literacy
  • Being highly motivated and outcomes driven
  • A track record in delivering in your role.

It would be beneficial to have:

  • Enthusiasm for learning and working as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the education sector
  • Experience working with CRM’s, creative programs and project management software.
