Future Tracks is a social enterprise focused on bringing more people into Early Childhood Teaching and supporting them through their degrees. The support we provide includes connecting students with early childhood teaching mentors, providing job-readiness and leadership training and matching students with part-time jobs in early learning services.
The Future Tracks Program Coordinator is responsible for providing support to ensure the effective delivery of Future Tracks programs including mentoring, leadership training and work placement.
This collaborative role works closely with the wider team including the communications team and Future Tracks CEO. It is responsible for coordinating tasks with a wide range of external stakeholders such as students, universities, early learning providers and campaign and event consultants.
