Primarily based from our gorgeous Fitzroy North venue, this is a part time position of 3 days per week with the option to structure your week flexibly to suit your needs. 

The Position

Working with a passionate, creative and hardworking team in this newly created role, the People & Organisational Development Manager will be responsible for managing all elements of the people and culture at Free to Feed.  This includes the exciting opportunity to develop and implement processes and activities to support the organisation in enhancing a supportive, respectful and positive work environment and culture.

Working alongside the CEO, you will develop a progressive and strengths-based employee experience/ journey, to ensure that people are always actively engaged in their own development and that the organisation is the best workplace that it can be to nurture its people and achieve its mission. In partnership with the CEO, the role will ensure that our values are a living, natural, embedded part of the way we work. 

This hands-on role would suit an experienced HR generalist who is flexible, warm, has incredible interpersonal skills, and a flair for progressive organisational culture and design. We anticipate this role will have a significant impact across our organisation, uniting the team in managing change as we evolve and grow our work and impact in the community.
