Your Challenge

Are you looking to advance your career in a diverse and rewarding management role?

You will work as part of a family-owned and operated business based on the Central Coast. You’ll have the support of the Directors, however, you will own the day-to-day operations of the business; identifying and solving problems to get the job done.

You will be a true leader, able to inspire the team of Key Players and 120 CAREGivers, who are the heart of what they do. You’re confident with making systems and processes efficient and apply initiative and forward-thinking.

A predominantly operational role in nature with the potential to grow more strategic in focus over the next 24 months.

Your effective leadership, professionalism and emotional intelligence enables you to build and maintain trusted relationships with all stakeholders. You operate with humility and pragmatism.

You have exceptional commercial acumen, identifying operational challenges and quickly implementing changes required to improve performance.

You’re excited by the challenge of driving the business forward through its next growth period.

You have a hands-on leadership style with proven ability in the management coaching and motivation of people within your team and able to challenge them to achieve their full potential. Experience in an industry driven by a customer service mentality and experience in CRM would be beneficial. An interest to truly understand the heart of a CAREGiving business and its people is key to success in this rewarding role.
