Manager - Ulladulla

Ulladulla Residential Services

Introduction

Ulladulla Residential Services is a unique service that uses Social Role Valorisation and Person Centred Planning to guide its service provision. We are mindful of the limitations of a shared accommodation setting but continue to strive for the best for the people we support.

We support five people, as housemates in Supported Independent Living. Four of the housemates are also supported in meaningful daily activities in the community. Our focus is on valued roles, relationships, and participation both at home and in the community and we constantly review how we might do this better.

The housemates are supported to have strong relationships with their families, and we work in close liaison with families.

There are close to 20 staff, who are engaged and motivated to provide good quality support. We have a distinctive model of multi-disciplinary collaboration with other service providers and specialists.

The current Manager is departing the organisation to pursue a role in consultancy.
