• Full time, permanent
• $90,000 - $93,000 plus superannuation (negotiable depending on skills and experience)
• Frankston / Sandringham – with travel to other Family Life sites from time to time

THE POSITION:

The Team Leader Family Safety is a full time, permanent position based between our Frankston and Sandringham sites, providing leadership to the Family Safety team.

The program provides specialist family violence responses, including services for victim/survivors of family violence, and accountability, behaviour change services for perpetrators, including individual and group work.

The Team Leader Family Safety provides effective leadership, supervision, guidance and support to the family violence team including:

• managing staff performance
• supporting team member’s continuous improvement and development
• overseeing the appropriate delivery of family violence services for men, women and children
