About the Role
As the Operations Coordinator, you will:
- Lead the daily operations of NDIS services, ensuring compliance with NDIS standards and regulations.
- Drive a culture of empathy, integrity, and excellence across the organisation.
- Ensure the organisation is always "audit-ready" by maintaining up-to-date policies, procedures, and records.
- Foster relationships with participants, families, and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality, person-centred support.
- Partner with the leadership team to implement systems, policies, and strategies that support sustainable growth.

Essential Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in either a Service Coordinator / Intake Officer to Team Lead / Operations Manager role within healthcare, disability, or aged care.
- Tertiary qualification in business, healthcare, or social services desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of NDIS standards, funding models, and audit requirements.
- Experience delivering person-centred services and preparing for NDIS audits.
- Familiarity with PRODA and NDIS systems.
- Mandatory Checks: Paid Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Clearance, current First Aid, police check, and full Australian driver’s licence (all required before commencement).
