As Service Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading and supporting NDIS service teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred outcomes for participants. Working closely with internal teams, participants, families and stakeholders, you will drive service excellence, workforce performance and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with NDIS requirements and organisational objectives.
You are a confident and capable leader with a passion for supporting people with disability to achieve meaningful outcomes. Whether your background is in disability services, community services, education, employment services or a related field, you bring strong leadership, excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred supports.
