The demand for employment support is rapidly growing, and our teams are growing to meet it! We are now seeking a motivated person to join our experienced and dedicated team as an integral part of bringing our services to women Australia-wide.

We are looking for a personable, dynamic individual to fill the position of Client Services Coordinator at Fitted for Work.

Fitted for Work, as the first of its kind in Australia, is a unique national not-for-profit service that assists women experiencing disadvantage to get work and keep it. To date Fitted for Work has delivered 45,000 to over 40,000 women.

This role will oversee services to meet the needs of women experiencing disadvantage who are looking for work Australia-wide. Client services include the delivery of outfitting appointments, resume support, and mock interviews through online and face-to-face appointments.

The Client Service Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of staff management and leadership to coach and build a high-performing team to achieve target outcomes with a focus on quality support for our clients.

Reporting to the National Client Services Manager you will look for ways to improve efficiencies in the processes and outputs of our client services. Some of the key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate the operations and communications of all Client Services
  • Coordinate a team of staff and volunteers to deliver Personal Outfitting Services and Job Readiness Hub Services, both Online and Face to Face
  • Create the best client experience through process development and service innovation

What you’ll bring

As an experienced Coordinator, you will have demonstrated experience and skills in people leadership and community services coordination and have strong sector knowledge of the industry.

To do well in this role, you will have:

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) working in a community service delivery environment and demonstrated experience in coordinating programs and services to meet the needs of clients
  • Demonstrated ability to positively lead and proactively manage staff from multi-disciplinary backgrounds
  • Ability to manage and lead volunteers to ensure they are able to contribute effectively to the organisation and they feel supported to carry out their role
  • Cultural competency, respectfully working with people from diverse backgrounds
  • High-level organisational skills, including acute attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workflows to meet competing demands and deadlines.
  • High proficiency/competency in the use of technology and systems for the role (Microsoft suite, Salesforce CRM, phone, web, and video communications)
  • Demonstrated empathy and capabilities in working with clients experiencing disadvantage and multiple barriers to employment
