The General Manager, Strategy and Communication is responsible for leading the organisation’s strategy development, business planning and communications functions. Working collaboratively with the CEO and HousingFirst’s Executive team, you will provide leadership in the development and implementation of strategic and business plans, create outcome-based frameworks for reporting and evaluation, and drive new business opportunities, including partnerships with private enterprise and/or government.
You will be professionally qualified with the intellectual and commercial agility to drive the success in this demanding leadership role. With experience of developing and executing strategy and business development initiatives, you will have successfully pursued alternative funding models and enabled sustainable growth. Excellent communication skills are essential; responsive and goal-oriented, you will have highly developed management skills to support and build a high performing team.
