At Jigsaw, we believe people prepare best for work, through work and our mission is to ‘build an Australia in which people with disability are fully included in the workforce’.
At the heart of the Jigsaw model is a thriving document and data management business, providing a range of high-quality commercial services to corporate and government clients including Westpac, Coca Cola Amatil. This business enables us to provide a training pathway for people with disabilities to prepare for employment at their own pace and undertake award wage employment before transitioning into open employment.
The key to Jigsaw achieving its mission is to successfully place Jigsaw’s job ready candidates into mainstream employment, through our new program, Connect.
Jigsaw Connect aims to provide a supported pathway for Jigsaw candidates to transition into mainstream employment. Jigsaw Connect works closely with corporate and government clients to implement tailored programs to enable successful placement of candidates from Jigsaw. Once a Jigsaw candidate is transitioned into mainstream employment, the Connect team will provide a comprehensive support program for employees and employers to ensure long term sustainable outcomes.
Are you enthusiastic about making a difference in the work that you do, particularly in the lives of people with disabilities?
Are you an experienced manager of programs with exceptional stakeholder and leadership skills?
Are you energetic and creative with a knack for identifying mutually beneficial opportunities?
Reporting to the CEO, the Program Manager will establish and drive the growth of Jigsaw Connect. You will use your relationship skills and knowledge of the recruitment processes to work with external organisations to identify and design potential roles for Jigsaw Connect candidates and support employers with training and resources to build confidence and competence in hiring people with disability.
