Due to successful expansion, we are seeking an experienced and energetic Operations Manager to take ownership of our day to day operations.

Reporting to the CEO, the Operations Manager is responsible for providing operational leadership across Jigsaw’s network of national hubs. With a focus on people leadership and consistent service delivery, the Operations Manager will be responsible for supporting Jigsaw’s strategic growth plan and ensuring all hubs operate in line within Jigsaw’s model, budget, processes, procedures and methodologies.
This role will take a quality and continuous improvement approach by identifying and driving improvement in order to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the operation
The Operations Manager will drive the Jigsaw vision and mission by ensuring the culture and values of the organisation are promoted and upheld. In this role, you will have a key focus on the following areas:
