About the role
Reporting to the HR Manager the Training & Development Coordinator is responsible for the development, implementation and tracking of our training programs. The Training & Development Coordinator will oversee compliance training and provide developmental training options/pathways for our employees.
Key areas of accountability include:
- Assist with development of training resources and procedures
- Design and develop learning modules for eLearning platform
- Coordinate roll out of training programs to various sites and head office
- Continuously identify training needs and provide training solutions
- Maintain and develop training provider relationships and register
- Track and evaluate learning outcomes for all employees
Qualifications and Experience
- A relevant qualification and/or 2+ years recent experience in a training/development coordinator position
- Experience in designing & developing e-learning courses
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and ongoing maintenance of LMS/Information Management systems
Skills and attributes
- Demonstrated knowledge of effective learning and development methods
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining relationships
- Strong organisational skills to juggle multiple scenarios and the ability to prioritise in response to dynamic business needs
- Ability to work hands-on as part of a team, and autonomously when required
- Desirable - understanding of (and/or experience with) NDIS and working with people with disability
Required to
- Possess the right to work in Australia
- Travel domestically on occasion, and travel within Sydney between Hubs
- Possess a current satisfactory National Police Check and Working With Children Check
