About the Role

As the Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of content and lead generation strategies across brands in the Fighting Chance group.

The role will suit a highly skilled and motivated, customer-centric marketing professional with operational business experience.

Key duties & Responsibilities

Customer acquisition & nurture

Work closely with the Head of Marketing & Communications to architect and execute lead generation strategies for customer segments

Ensuring leads targets are met and an adequate pipeline is developed to meet enrolment targets/business objectives.

Content Marketing

Overseeing the creation of messaging and content across all channels that effectively support marketing and customer acquisition efforts by clearly communicating who we are and what we do.

Customer Service Leadership

Building the capacity of all customer facing roles in customer service, including coaching the Community Engagement Leads, within the enterprises, both on lead generation and customer service.

Leadership & people management

Providing proactive leadership to your team including contribution to the strategic planning process, alignment of your work with strategic goals, and ensuring the needs of all enterprises are being responded to in a timely and professional manner

Contributing to the recruitment, engagement and retention of talent with values alignment, relevant skill and experience.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A relevant qualification and/or 6+ years recent experience in a marketing, customer service, or communications field
  • Demonstrated experience working as part of a team to develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies across multiple brands and audiences concurrently
  • Well developed knowledge of sales funnels, lead generation and automations, with experience of automation software, CRM platforms (ActiveCampaign desirable), Canva and Wordpress desirable but not essential.
  • Knowledge and experience in executing paid media campaigns, and leveraging earned and owned media for lead-gen objectives

Required to

  • Possess the right to work in Australia
  • Travel domestically on occasion, and travel within Sydney regularly
  • Possess or willing to obtain a current satisfactory NDIS Worker screening check
  • Possess a current unrestricted NSW driver's license and willingness to use own car for work
  • Be available and willing to work at events and evenings on occasion.
