Following the recent federal election and a renewed focus on engaging with the new government, Fifty Acres is establishing a new hybrid office hub in Canberra. To anchor the team we're looking for a new Agency Manager.

Who we’re looking for?

  • We want to meet you if:
  • You are an experienced Executive Assistant/Agency Manager who understands the creative industry.
  • Can confidently reach out to ministers' offices or government departments and are not afraid to pick up the phone.
  • Have the ability to push our agency forward, helping with the day-to-day operations, including producing agendas, attending client meetings and supporting the CEO and Managing Director to progress our systems and processes.

We are flexible and open to reduced hours for the right candidate

What you will need to bring with you?

  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Strong spelling and writing skills
  • Enthusiastic, can-do attitude
  • Great at multitasking
  • Strong computer skills

Responsibilities:

  • Diary Management for CEO
  • Assist with business development and researching potential new clients.
  • Agency management (traffic of projects with all staff)
  • Support the Managing Director with overseeing administration processes and procedures
  • Support with client management
  • Other general duties
