We are seeking an energetic and passionate Training Facilitator & Assessor who has the drive and vision to make a difference. Someone who is obsessed with the customer and can inspire a world of possibility.

This is a 12 month, full time, fixed term contract with the possibility of extension.

The Role:

We are a team of highly experienced, dynamic, and energetic learning and development professionals. Our role is to support the organisation with all their development needs, including orientations, soft skills, role specific skill development and IT skills. Each of our programs are delivered in a face to face, online and virtual learning environment across many locations.

As a key member of the Learning and Development team you will both design and deliver motivating, engaging and inspiring training programs to support Feros Care in achieving the organisation's Lifelong Learning passion, meet legislative requirements and support staff to fulfil their personal growth and professional development goals.

This role will work collaboratively with subject matter experts within the organisation to develop learning programs and undertake competency-based assessments throughout Feros Care's national footprint.

The boxes you have to tick:

  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in training design and facilitation in a diverse organisation
  • Experience developing learning content within a clinical governance framework
  • Have a passion for training and a natural ability to deliver motivating, engaging and inspiring training
  • Experience and expertise necessary to deliver engaging training and ensure course outcomes are met
  • Experience in training people of all ages, cultures, and diverse job roles
  • You embrace technology and can utilise a range of systems to develop content and engage learners including the Microsoft Office suite
  • Have experience using a Learning Management System
  • Qualification in adult learning/education - minimum Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment (TAE40110)

For bonus points:

  • Previous experience in clinical training or have been a registered nurse in a previous role
  • Experience in delivering aged care or health qualifications within the AQTF
  • Experience using authoring tools like Articulate 360 and the Adobe Suite
