Your analytics super power will make you succeed in this part time role. You will change the game by facilitating and supporting the implementation of continuous improvement across Feros Care integrated Quality and Risk Management System and assisting with ongoing compliance with the Aged Care Act Quality of Care Principles, ISO9001 and Accreditation Standards.

You will also support with the development and testing of safety and emergency management plans, as well as facilitating training to ensure we all know exactly what to do when things don't go as planned.

What role will you play?

  • Update and maintain currency of all quality related documents in line with any changes or additions to the organisational quality framework
  • Update and maintain document governance systems and processes which supports continuous policies, processes, procedures and forms currency, including quality monitoring and reporting in relation to non-compliance
  • Work with corporate and operational business units, services and committees to ensure all improvement actions are recorded, actioned and aligned to the organisational quality framework and quality outcome is evaluated in the company improvement system and completed within risk based timeframe
  • Monitor the quality of improvement process and provide education for staff in relation to identifying, recording and evaluating quality improvements
  • Assist the Quality and Emergency Manager in the implementation of an accreditation readiness process that assures that accreditation self-assessments and supporting evidence for all service streams remain current at all times
  • Monitor, analyse and report on trends and variance of organisational incidents and complaints and feedback with a view to provide themes for continuous improvement
  • Work with service stream leads to provide detailed data analysis and reports with the aim of identifying trends and providing information to support variances

Essential boxes to tick:

  • 3 - 5 years' demonstrated experience in a quality position, administering and maintaining quality systems
  • Demonstrated experience in the administration of safety and emergency management systems
  • Demonstrated excellent analytical and report writing skills with a focus on providing well researched findings
  • Demonstrated effective stakeholder management
  • Demonstrated strong proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Power Point
  • You enjoy solving a puzzle and coming up with innovative solutions

For brownie points:

  • Previous experience working within the aged and/or community care industry Quality audit or qualification
  • Safety and Emergency management qualification
  • Experience in Qualtrics
