Fearless Theatre is not your average theatre company! We were established in 2016 as a not-for-profit organisation, with the idea of combining the knowledge and skills of our founders in the areas of social services, community development and the arts, to tackle a key issue: the fear which fuels prejudice, intolerance and discrimination in our community.

Faced with the many new challenges and fears posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, our work is more important than ever.

We are currently looking to expand our Board of Directors and explore new opportunities for programs and services that align with our mission and values, offering a unique opportunity for the right person to help us bring about positive change.

As Managing Director

You will serve as a member of the Fearless Theatre Board of Directors and uphold all legal, financial and governance requirements. As the Managing Director you will be responsible for undertaking the key management tasks of the company, including:

• Supporting the development of our next strategic plan and vision and leading its implementation
• Building partnerships, networks and human resources to grow and deliver new programs
• Ensuring financial sustainability through the development of fundraising strategies and services
• Overseeing the work of other operational team members in the areas of education/community development, creative program development/delivery and marketing/communications; and
• Managing ongoing administration requirements
