ABOUT THE ROLE

In your role you are assisting the CEO and the team with storytelling, and developing the Farmwall brand and experience through digital content and communications. You are helping the company grow, through capturing activity and information and translating it toward the different stakeholders and audiences via multiple digital platforms. You are empowering the team with the management and development of their content and your work uplifts the work of others.

Responsibilities

• Designing, writing and managing the monthly Farmwall Newsletter.
• Managing data, and customer communication on Farmwall's E-commerce platform.
• Updating and managing content on Farmwall's website.
• Managing a social media plan and calendar and following up with customers and influencers.
• Writing blog posts, seeking written content, for the improvement of Farmwall's SEO.
• Writing press releases, maintaining and improving Farmwall's Public Relationships.
• Assisting the CEO with written proposals, overlooking content and graphic delivery.
• Organising and facilitating Guest Speaker events on Farmwall's Ecosystem Platform
• Networking within the Agtech, Edtech ecosystems to find interesting Guest Speakers.
• Developing survey's, managing data and developing reports for the CEO.
• Organising and neatly managing digital content on the company drive.
• Developing Direct mails and offers to Farmwall's customers and leads.
• Assisting the CEO with the development of annual marketing and e-commerce strategies.
• Developing and managing a marketing and advertising budget.
• Developing and running campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and Google.
• Assisting the team with writing blurbs and content for collective effort grant applications.
• Working with the UX/UI designer to develop customer journey plans
• Working with the contracted graphic designer around improving Farmwall's brand portfolio.
• Hosting and co-managing the Farmwall community on our Ecosystem community platform.

Experience

• Understanding and experience the following platforms: Mac, Mailchimp, Canva, Gmail, Instagram, Facebook Business, Youtube, Pintrest, Survey Monkey, Slack, Adobe Creative, Twitter, Linkedin, Mighty Networks, and Shopify.
• Graphic design skills are a plus.
• Strong and professional communications and writing skills.
• Relevant tertiary qualification
• Experience or a strong personal skill and interest with a desire to grow.
• Experience in leveraging databases to achieve maximum impact and engagement.

We are located in Alphington right near the train station. You will be provided with a desk and a recent I-mac with relevant software and you will have the option to work from home for 2 days per week.

4/5 days per week with a competitive salary package.
