Hours: 76 hours per fortnight  (10 days per fortnight)

Location: Windsor

Status: Full Time contract to 30 June 2025 with possible extension.

True is looking for an Administration Officer – Education to support True’s Clinical Education and Education teams with all administrative activities essential to the effective delivery of learning on a day-to-day basis. 

True Relationships and Reproductive Health (True) have operated for fifty years as a human service not-for-profit delivering innovative relationship, sexual health and well-being products and services which make a real difference to the lives of thousands of Queenslanders each and every day. True offers clinical services, education, information and a sexual assault service across Queensland from its offices located in Brisbane, Cairns, Rockhampton, Sunshine Coast, Ipswich, Toowoomba and the Gold Coast.

True is a pro-choice organisation and is a not-for-profit public company limited by guarantee.

To succeed in this role, you will be customer-focused with demonstrated experience in the provision of high-quality administrative support and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced and complex environment.

Selection criteria:

  • Certificate or skills in office administration and/or event management.
  • Experience in a comparable role providing administrative support to a service delivery team of educators.
  • Event coordination.
  • Computer literacy in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Mozilla and Flash.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing client services, particularly in education related environments.
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive and productive relationships with internal and external customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to identify and report issues and contribute to solutions.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office suite, including database maintenance, data entry, word processing and spreadsheets.
  • EAR (RACGP) training desirable (can be done on the job if required)
