About the role

This is an opportunity to work alongside our Managing Director and the Chair of our Communications Committee to co-create a narrative, which increases visibility and awareness of ARTD’s brand within our target market.

You will be expected to:

  • Produce and edit content for our blog, social media and EDMs, as well as internal communications. This content will be in response to the needs of ARTD, and will include stories, posts, video, image and other digital content and collateral.
  • Edit and proofread proposals, procurement panel applications and company profiles for panels, and ensure they align with our brand.
  • Manage a digital communications calendar for effective, regular and timely output.
  • Make timely and effective updates to artd.com.au content.
  • Monitor social media and website analytics and create reports detailing the success of and opportunities for ARTD’s communications campaigns and strategies.
  • Support our Communications Committee to plan and execute virtual and in-person events.
  • Support our consultants to embed and work within our brand, including their professional digital media presence.
  • Support the communications committee to embed engaging communications tools across the company e.g. videos and animations.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to maintain and continuously improve relevant communications policies, including proposal and reporting handbooks.
  • Support the function of our Communications Committee, including co-creating our strategic narrative and maintaining a work schedule.

About the role

This is a permanent, full-time role, with capacity for the right candidate to negotiate a part-time role. It is located in our Sydney or Brisbane offices.
