Your Skills and Experience

  • AHPRA Registration
  • OT Australia Registration
  • Current WWCC and Police Check
  • Current Driver's License and Comprehensive Insurance
  • Caseload and time management skills
  • Communication and ability to connect with others
  • Fluent report writing
  • Experience working with children recommended

Key and Desirable Attributes

  • Full-time role desired to experience to be able to efficiently and effectively manage a full caseload
  • To be able to communicate, negotiate and work collaboratively with all external allied health team members working with the client
  • To be able to communicate and problem solve within the Explore and Soar team and caseloads
  • Work within a clinical team to reach the client's goals
  • Provide knowledge and support other team members as they exchange their knowledge and ideas collaboratively
  • Be open to new ideas and build your own career pathway within the organisation to grow and be an integral part of a team
  • Be a strong team player, building and maintaining strong connections, awareness and help lead the way
