Our opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and motivated customer service professional, with previous call centre experience, to join our busy Investigations team.

This is a great opportunity to work in our modern CBD office within the dispute resolution space, providing complex customer service.

Key Accountabilities

  • Interpreting and communicating legislation and regulations
  • Extensive use of databases and records management
  • Customer service - Complaints Intake
  • Conflict resolution
  • Teamwork and collaboration
  • Problem solving and assessment (suitability for referrals or investigation)

To be successful in this role, you need the below skills and experience:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a high volume call centre environment with complaint handling
  • Proven experience working with a case management system or database
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills with experience in communicating with diverse group
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical information (i.e. legislation and regulations)
  • Negotiating skills to facilitate the appropriate resolution for disputes
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise and multi-task
  • Intermediate MS Office skills with a high level of keyboard skills and accuracy
