EveryMan is seeking expressions of interest from people interested in working in our Supported Accommodation and Outreach Programs.

EveryMan is entering an exciting period of growth and expansion, with opportunities for case workers/managers at Levels 4 and 5, depending on the role requirements and the skills and experience of candidates. Roles can be full-time, part-time or casual. We’re interested in hearing from you now!

Salary

Level 4 to level 5 salary range (full-time equivalent):

  • From $70,563 to $83,940 salary only
  • From $91,366 to $106,014 total remuneration package*

* Total remuneration package includes 9.5% superannuation plus the approximate value of salary sacrificing. As a not-for-profit organisation, you can salary sacrifice up to $15,900 per year.

What will you be doing?

Working in accommodation-related support and outreach services with men, their partners and families in our Men’s Accommodation & Support Services, and with individuals and families in our Indigenous Services & Accommodation programs.

What are we looking for?

  • Relevant qualifications and/or experience working in a case management framework
  • Experience in direct case work with clients with complex needs
  • Demonstrated professional practice, service delivery and teamwork skills
  • Capacity to work sensitively and impartially with people experiencing considerable challenges and stress
  • People from diverse backgrounds
