Lead and develop a team of Mental Health Support Workers. Deliver quality support to clients with challenging behaviours. 24/7 care packages.

It is a requirement of this position to acquire and maintain a positive Working With Children’s Check, a satisfactory Criminal Record Check, clearance from the Disability Workers Exclusion Scheme and possess a current & valid driver’s license.
As a Team Leader you are responsible for the management and operation of a program that provides intensive, recovery-oriented support for people with a persistent mental illness who will often have a history of homelessness, addiction, disability, social dysfunction, aggressive and inappropriate behaviours.
