It is a requirement of this position to acquire and maintain a satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children’s Check and possess a current & valid driver’s license. There is an expectation of working from home, travelling to regional locations (Geelong, Bendigo and NW Melbourne) and head office in Dandenong South periodically.
As the Senior Manager, Complex Services (VIC Regional region) you will have responsibility for the development & delivery of multi-discipline complex programs that provide intensive, recovery-oriented support for people with a persistent mental illness and/or and drive person centred practice for those with a disability who will often have a history of homelessness, addiction, dual disability, social dysfunction, aggressive and inappropriate behaviours.
