ABOUT THE ROLE

ERCWA Youth Programs aim to provide an environment which will encourage diverse and “at risk” children and youth to participate in after-school and weekend sport, art and leadership activities. As a member of a multidisciplinary team, the Youth Outreach Worker will provide engagement and development opportunities for youth who are disengaged, ranging from crisis intervention through to ongoing support to develop on their life journey. Youth Outreach Workers are required to work independently across a range of life areas with support from the team and supervisor.
