We are a fast-growing business with clients spread across regional Victoria, from the central highlands including Ballarat and Avoca to Geelong’s Port Philip Bay.

Our client’s home is in Avoca, the picturesque town at the base of the Pyrenees region, close to Maryborough, Ararat, and St Arnaud. They require 24/7 care and a team of dedicated and skilled Disability Support Workers to provide high-quality support at home.

JOINING OUR TEAM

• We support you to provide person-centred care and encourage you to listen and respond to clients with activities and life outcomes they haven’t been able to achieve before.
• You’ll love that we’re mostly paperless, using tablet devices such as iPads to record and access client plans, handover, and reporting.
• We use live-data insights to look for ways to improve. And we seek and listen to your ideas about how we can develop our ways of working.
• Our organisation is structured to support you. Every team has a dedicated Team Coordinator you can contact, as well as a Regional Manager and Operations Manager.
