We are seeking a performance driven, creative and highly analytical Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team in a brand-new role. Working as part of the Marketing & Community Engagement team you will play a key role in growing all digital channels to nurture and convert all audiences.
Responsibilities will include:
- Develop, schedule, post and monitor compelling and engaging digital content (messaging, tiles, video) across all social channels with a focus on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
- Create and coordinate the digital content calendar in collaboration with key internal stakeholders
- Deliver paid campaigns to maximise awareness and drive traffic to website (includes remarketing campaigns)
- Analyse and report on metrics and apply key learnings to improve performance, grow channels and achieve desired objectives
- Optimise all company websites using best practice SEO
- Update company websites with engaging, relevant content to attract, nurture and convert all visitor genres
- Analyse, measure and track performance across all sites, with an intuitive understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, Keyword Planner and other relevant tools
- Coordinate and measure paid digital acquisition campaigns (SEM, PPC)
Other activities may include:
- Database management
- Creation and execution of targeted EDMs
- Coordination of national marketing calendar
- Campaign and competitor research and reporting
- General online and offline support to the Marketing & Community Engagement team
Successful criteria:
- At least 3 years’ experience in a broad-based digital marketing role
- Relevant tertiary education (Marketing, Communications, Media Studies or equivalent)
- Excellent technical ability and a comprehensive understanding of best practice across all digital channels (SEO, SEM, Social)
- Performance driven, creative and highly competent in using analytics to inform strategy
- Ability to work collaboratively and professionally with a broad range of stakeholders
- Sound, professional writing skills suitable for online environments
- Detail oriented, highly organised, enthusiastic and motivated
- Experience in photography/videography would be of value but is not essential (experience with video editing software also an advantage)
- Experience with basic graphic design would be of value but is not essential
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends if required
- Charity experience would be highly desirable
