As an experienced General Manager you will have sound strategy, operations, systems implementation and business development skills. Ideally you will have developed your expertise in a counselling or mediation services organisation, where you have proven capacities to lead a skilled team, be collaborative in your approach, and work effectively with a Board.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to travel the state identifying organisations that will benefit from the services that your team can offer. You will be headquartered in the Hobart CBD in beautifully appointed offices, offering you the opportunity to further grow the team.
