The role:

  • Permanent Part Time position - 38 hours a fortnight.
  • Coolum location
  • Working in our Accommodation services
  • Rewarding opportunity to help our customers live their best life!
  • Combination of weekdays and weekends, nights and awake shifts, including public holidays - must be flexible

All about you:

  • Experience working with people with a disability
  • Confident and committed to helping
  • Experience in supporting high and complex needs
  • Flexible in working awake night shifts, weekends, sleepovers
  • Experience assisting with medication advantageous
  • Experiencing of using hoists preferred
  • Passionate about making a difference!
  • Excellent at all things customer service

Before commencing with Endeavour Foundation you will be required to undertake a National Criminal History check and hold or be willing to obtain a positive notice from Disability Services (Yellow Card) and Working with Children Check (Blue card).
