The Role:

We are currently seeking an Organisational Change Specialist for an immediate start on a contract finishing in June, 2021. As the Change Specialist, you will engage and manage relationships with internal stakeholders to optimise business participation and engagement. To achieve this, you will:

  • Develop Stakeholder Heat Maps based on detailed stakeholder analysis
  • Perform expert business analysis activities (e.g. defining change characteristics, business change impact assessments, business change risk assessments, business practices documentation) using appropriate modelling, analysis techniques, tools and standards
  • Develop and implement detailed change, training and communications plans
  • Develop and implement project and portfolio communications content, information packs and presentations
  • Manage issues and risks relating to or arising from change, communications and business readiness
  • Develop and execute a communications strategy and plan for the portfolio, enabling a cohesive narrative for senior leaders and all stakeholders.

All about you:

  • 5+ years as a change specialist working on ICT projects
  • Previous experience developing and executing change plans within projects and/or program environments
  • Ability to do change impacts analysis from current to future state
  • Ability to facilitate groups and present to both small and large audiences
  • Proven ability to engage with and manage relationships with senior business stakeholders
  • Resilient with an ability to deal with ambiguity
  • Ability to effectively operate in a complex, matrix environment
