The Role:

  • Work as part of the Corporate Communications team to deliver high quality, targeted internal and external communications in line with purpose, goals and direction of Endeavour Foundation
  • Work with Communications Specialist to deliver all service orientated customer communications (for example updates, services changes/updates) including developing strategies and frameworks, writing all required content across segments and channels and managing the design, production and delivery process
  • Be in charge of the development and delivery of regular internal communications programs
  • Be able to take organisation briefs, including those with complexity, and distil the information in to clear and simple key messages which can be rolled out in to communications
  • Develop Easy Read documents for customers where required (training can be provided)
  • Ensure all communication are delivered as accurate, high quality content for a range of audiences (internal, external and varying levels of literacy and understanding) across a range of channels including EDM's, eNewsletters, scripts, presentations, digital and other print collateral including brochures and fact sheets.
  • Own internal and external distribution lists - work with internal stakeholders to pull relevant data lists, check for accuracy and upload in to distribution tool
  • Write and organise intranet updates
  • Deliver monthly reporting on effectiveness of communications
  • Ensure communications enquiries and requests are responded to and addressed appropriately and in a timely manner, following the Communications process
  • Work with a number of stakeholders throughout different areas of the business to deliver on agreed upon plans and activities role modelling an open, transparent and positive communication style
  • Champion the customer experience and Endeavour Foundation values in all communication types
  • Work closely with the design team to develop engaging communications

About You:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or Public Relations or another relevant discipline or experience
  • Minimum 3 years experience in similar role with demonstrated ability to implement communications strategies from initiation to execution
  • Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills, to ensure clear and concise information is presented and understood by audiences
  • Demonstrated excellent writing skills with proven ability to write engaging, and effective messages
  • Ability to liaise and interact with a range of stakeholders
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
  • Demonstrated knowledge of grammar, punctuation and spelling with excellent editing and proof-reading skills
  • Proven proficiency in using and leveraging communications channels such as EDM's, eNewsletters, websites and other digital formats
  • Comfortable in having workload conversations with your leader and other organisational stakeholders
