Reporting to the CEO, this is a highly varied role that will see you responsible for leading the day to day activities of multiple program areas, ensuring services delivered to the community are of high quality and that best practice standards are followed.

A highly varied role, you will need to be a fast learner and able to absorb information about a wide range of areas, with support from Jungarni-Jutiya as you get up to speed. Your case management experience will be crucial, as will your strong computer literacy, research abilities, and report writing skills.
A confident communicator, you will be able to adapt your approach to each individual, and be comfortable building relationships with people of all walks of life, from internal to external stakeholders, other service providers and community members. Previous experience living in or working with Indigenous communities will be highly regarded but is not essential, provided you can demonstrate an understanding of Aboriginal culture and are willing to listen to and learn from community members.
Highly flexible, you will be able to think on your feet and successfully manage a highly varied workload, where no two days are the same. You'll be able to work autonomously and problem solve effectively, but equally be a strong listener and natural team player, working effectively with the wider Jungarni-Jutiya team and ensuring that the CEO is kept informed and involved in the decision-making process.
Finally, you'll be driven and genuinely committed to supporting individuals and families in these communities, proactive in following up with your clients and program teams to ensure they are receiving high quality support.
Please note: You will need a current 'C' class driver's license, and be willing to obtain national police clearance and a working with children check.
This is a unique and highly rewarding opportunity to use your skills to support remote communities. You'll be able to truly make your mark on the organisation, who are committed to continuous improvement and welcome new ideas or suggestions from any of their team!
